Glenn Dubiel
Mergis Regional Vice President Southeast

Glenn Dubiel is regional vice president of The Mergis Group^®, a specialty recruiting divisions of Spherion Corporation (NYSE:SFN).

Dubiel has responsibility for the growth of The Mergis Group in the Southeastern U.S. He leads a team of recruiters in 12 offices across the region. Dubiel initially joined Spherion in 1994 in franchise operations, where he served as an account manager, branch manager and area manager.

In 2002, he joined the company’s professional services group as a managing director. He was promoted to regional vice president in 2006.

In 2007, he transferred The Mergis Group as regional vice president for southeast operations.

In November 2008, he added responsibility for the southeast regional operations of Todays Office Professionals, another Spherion specialty recruiting brand that focuses on administrative and other office professional skill sets.

Over the course of his career, Dubiel has also been affiliated with Ajilon, Robert Half International and Bond International Software. Dubiel serves on Spherion’s Executive Advisory Council, which addresses enterprise-wide initiatives to promote growth.

Dubiel attended Radford University in Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration degree.
